Phase 3, Soon!
Hey guys! Phase #3 is going to start next Monday (with a little something soon for the first week of the new phase), and since I'm from the future, that's more like Sunday night for most people. I'll start posting challenges again starting the 4th of April. This post is just reminders, and other things.
#1. wyntreaurora is going to be hosting challenges through this phase, through to becoming main modly mod after this phase. Please welcome them into this new role! I'm very excited about it.
#2. The community entries are automatically friends locked. But the community is always open. The closed side of it is to prevent spammers, and lurking on challenge entries. Sometimes you create something you wouldn't ordinarily for a challenge, something you wouldn't post otherwise, I know I do. But if you aren't a member, and want to "check out" the community before joining, leave a comment to that post, and you can get a visitors pass. Spammers don't get visitors passes.
#3. Remember the FAQ post. It should have all relevant information.
#4. Challenge questions have to always go to the questions thread. Sometimes (most of the) time I don't look at entries before it is time to tally results for a challenge, and that is just too late to answer a question. Every challenge has a questions thread, and I track those, and will do my best to answer as soon as possible.
#5. Tag banners. I didn't remind last phase for the extra challenge point you received if you posted your challenge responses with it, but this time I shall include that in the challenge posts to avoid confusion. So there will be a "Yes/No" if you can receive an extra point. If you are new don't worry if you don't have one, there'll be a challenge very early in the phase to make new ones. If you make one before this you can submit it to the challenge, so you'll get your extra point in challenges before then. If you can't make one, there is the option of getting someone on your team to make one for you. They want the extra point, so there should be plenty of help.
