--sadly, I think you got it all. Though it may be worth saying that John Hurt not only says that Arthur and Merlin aren't complete without each other, he also says that they are two halves of the same heart or whatever. AND WE ARE NOT MAKING THIS UP.

God damn this show is so horrible. I am fully convinced that some writers at the Beeb got together, got drunk, and made a bet that they could write the worst show ever and yet still keep people watching via gay subtext and actors who have been on Doctor Who. And then they proceeded to write the scripts drunk, too. Though, frankly, I think they should have gotten some better alcohol for this one.

OH MAN YEAH. I forgot that John Hurt put it /particularly/ gay soulmatey.

I'm pretty sure /I/ could write a better episode drunk. But, think! This episode makes us say 'They can't do any /worse/ than this!' Which I'm sure the Merlin team take as a challenge.

Man, if I were writing an episode drunk, Merlin and Arthur would be making out for real by now. None of this lame pretending-to-be-wholesome-heteronormative-entertainment. Trufax.

Oh my goodness. WE SHOULDN'T LET THE WRITERS HEAR US, INGRID. The real challenge is, though, how much more crap can they make this show and keep us watching at the same time? Time will tell!
