I based Lucifer's clothing very heavily off a Lineage II robe I saw. I've never played the game, but it just fit Lucifer in my head. Basically, take the coloring I described here and apply it to the style and design of THIS and you have it. Except for the cloak, he has a black fancy cloak too.
