Can you tell I have nothing better to blog about? At least I'm not posting a meme.
Usually my bad dreams are about other people, and usually they're not all that violent. (Although there was this one time...) But this morning I dreamed I was in a highschool shooting :( I died.
I've been looking at the promo photos/stills from Gossip Girl (which I really desperately hope we get here by the bye), and Blair (Leighton Meester) looks like a baby Summer (Rachel Bilson). Is it just me?
Trying to find a date to shoot photos for my folio is proving incredibly stressful. DAMN YOU, RAIN. DAMN YOU, PEOPLE WITH LIVES (totally in the nicest way possible). If only I had money so I could go and hire models. XD
I wrote something and it's not about me! Although I do make a cameo at the end for very little reason except Because I Can. :look Here it is. It's really, really Wellington. I just found myself basing half of it on Stage Challenge and dropping school jokes left and right. I mean, I even brought up a lightbulb joke.
Claudia Black on Stargate SG-1 is made of awesome. (In my defence, my mother has been putting on Stargate almost non-stop and I tend to stay in the lounge because it's warm.)
Chris' Jess and Dean icon totally makes me think of slash. Is it just me? It's just that heart in the corner and then the whole icon gets misconstrued. Naturally I went looking for fic out of curiosity, and it seems like no one out there writes Gilmore Girls slash. Why not? The only thing I found was a Jess/Dean short story at FanFiction.net (yeah, I know, Pit of the Voles and all that) which would have been so much better if they didn't keep swapping between third and second person. I'm all for second person but KEEP IT CONSISTENT KPLZTHNX.
And by the way, this is your three day reminder to come to my Shooting Star heat. \m/ Wednesday July 4th, 1PM, North City Shopping Center center stage, Porirua. I shall be singing for lack of any other talents, and covering Because of You by Kelly Clarkson. As a bit of a duet with myself. This could be interesting.
