"...you suddenly realise that you were incomplete and now you are whole."

Out of sheer boredom ( Johanna and Sophie were late as there was some confusion over where we were meeting) I wandered into the Games Workshop in Courtenay Central, and soon found myself in a quick tabletop RPG verse one of the shop guys, Ian. When Sophie and Johanna came in, they got dragged into it to, and I am proud to say that I pwned them on sheer dumb luck. Let's face it, throwing dice is not my strong point (but apparently it is Johanna's). Red also wandered by to see me and I kind of said hi to him a bit before going back to painting RPG models, heh, oops, sorry bro, but we got a photo at least.

Imagine Me & You was so completely and utterly good. I cried so much it was tragic. It was so utterly British (to the extent that Johanna started trying to figure out where places were) and I loved it and they had the most beautiful cinematography at the randomest moments and Piper Perabo was okay Brit and there was DDR and yelling about wankers at the football. And I want to make graphics of it now but le sob! there are very few good photos to be found. So I shall settle for this icon. For now! Until the DVD comes out. Upon which time I intend to buy it even if I have to use my birthday money because it is that fucking good.

After the movie we went for a wander and ended up playing DDR, where Johanna and I discovered that we can get through five songs if at least three of them are Latin, and then at a secondhand bookshop where Sophie and Johanna were just about wanking with the OMG BOOKS! joy and I somehow got claustrophobic and mostly didn't say a word until we were back outside, and then at Pulsar which was awesome and my god we are geeks. And somewhere along the way I lost an earring :( it was one of the stars on rods Chris got me for Valentine's, I am sad about this, I've still got one left but what good is it without the other, it is incomplete and it doesn't vaguely match any other pairs/singles I have :(

We spent the walk to the station and the train trip to Sophie's house itself reminiscing, and then at Sophie's house I got a sandwich (Sophie wouldn't let me have the fudge sauce ;_;) and we watched Love, Actually :D which is just as wonderful as IM&Y, only maybe more so because it didn't make me cry. And we ate pizza and it was good. Only then the rugby was on (yay for the saderCrus) and we got kicked out of the lounge, so we went to Sophie's room and just lay around on her bed having a threesome! I JEST just doing nothing. This was by no way as boring as it sounds, as it was rather eccentric, and very comfortable, and at one stage downright terrifying but no more details are forthcoming. And then I went home while Johanna remained and did the sleepover thing.

But gosh, wouldn't it be horrible if every night was a night like this, a night when you're vaguely trying to revise for your second period science test on heat and electricity but you actually can't be bothered, are too tired (by which I mean emotionally wrecked) to try and decipher your handwriting, and can't make sense of the formulae. I seem to be the one person in the class who can't cope with those little triangles for working things out. Why did I not revise earlier?

PS: Thank you Nicola
