Brrrrr! The coldest winter since 1963!
I decided it would do me good to walk to and from work this snowy afternoon, but then feeling sorry for my poor little "voiture joue-joue" on my return, I thought I would start her up, for the health of her little battery.
It was so cold, not only both door locks were frozen, but the doors were frozen shut too ... it took me half an hour to break into my own car. She must have appreciated my efforts though, because she started first time.
In the meantime, I had left the front door on the latch, and one of my local feline friends walked in, and got herself nice and comfortable on Magnolia's old cushion in front of the gas-fire ... awww! I let her stay for a while, until it looked like most of my neighbours had arrived home.
Maybe the time for getting myself another cat is approaching.
