**UPDATE** I started my weight loss journey last year, May 31, 2003. And from then through April 19th of this year I had lost 79.5 lbs. Pretty good I thought...and I was feeling great!! As of today.....I have managed to regain a total of 8 lbs from my lowest weight. I have been going up and down with these same 8 pounds for the last 3 months

79.5 lbs!! That is amazing. Do you mind me asking how you did it? With a group, nutritionist, on your own? I am looking into the best way for me, and input from others who have had success would be great. I figure I must have around 100lbs to loose. I am sure you will reach your goals!
