We're all told as children "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." But how often are we ever told that it's not just the nasty shit we spew that can hurt? Sometimes, it's the good stuff, too.
Think.
The next time you tell someone that they're important to you.
The next time you tell a person that you were dreaming of them.
The next time you end a conversation with "love you."
The next time you ask a person to call you, just to say good night.
The next time you call or text a person, just to be the first to tell them good morning.
Think.
They might actually be listening to what you have to say.

Used to be one of the rotten ones and I liked you for that
Used to be one of the rotten ones and I liked you for that
Used to be one of the rotten ones and I liked you for that
Now you're all gone, got your make up on, and you're not coming back
Can't you come back?
Used to be one of the rotten ones and I liked you for that
Used to be one of the rotten ones and I liked you for that
Used to be one of the rotten ones and I liked you for that
Now you're all gone, got your make up on, and you're not coming back
Bleaching your teeth, smiling flash, talking trash, under your breath
Bleaching your teeth, smiling flash, talking trash, under your breath
Bleaching your teeth, smiling flash, talking trash, under your breath
Bleaching your teeth, smiling flash, talking trash, under my window
Park that car, drop that phone, sleep on the floor, dream about me
Park that car, drop that phone, sleep on the floor, dream about me
Park that car, drop that phone, sleep on the floor, dream about me
Park that car, drop that phone, sleep on the floor, dream about me
Park that car, drop that phone...
Used to be one of the rotten ones and I liked you for that
Now you're all gone, got your make up on, and you're not coming back.
