here comes treble...
this weekend was awesome.
why?
- i got 5 vodka tonics for $17.25. please note that these were served in beer mugs, not tiny little cups. they were also strong as hell. ladies and gentlemen, i believe i have discovered heaven.
- having amazing conversations with Jen and Liz about moving to Brooklyn. Danielle, you're coming too.
- scribbling our ambitions on napkins and trading with one another.
- the sheer joy of witnessing a 40 year old drunk man attempt to walk in my bright orange pumps.
- said man giving me a piece of paper after he bought us beers saying that i could get something free from it. it turned out to be his number. haha, vom.
- being accosted in WaWa by some sketch character and somehow not getting raped. success!
- me, Liz, and Jen drunkenly dancing in the middle of my subdivision to a variety of jams, often singing along to them very loudly.
- going to work 4 hours later and somehow managing the strength to make it through an 8 hour shift.
- being alive enough to go out yet again an hour after work.
- "Don't worry be hoppy" stealing.
- Conor Oberst impressions.
- seeing a mouse in a ghetto Ihop. not awesome at all, but important to note.
- being stuck behind a car on the highway that had a giant bucket full of sausages attached to the trunk. i'm so serious. once again, not awesome, just fucking weird.
- becoming severely addicted to Word Challenge on Facebook.
some shitty things happened too, like spending around $50 over the past 2 days, feeling like a sickly hungover mess the entire weekend, and my dad having a full on nervous breakdown.....but whatever. that list is awesome, and i declare this weekend a victory, possibly even record breaking with its amounts of amazingness.
