Live life as an exclamation, not an explanation
As of now I have Taft as my school for college and I will go there because I got the course that I really want. Hearing that I did not pass Ateneo, for hell I care, I would not go there anyway. Haha! Maybe, God did not give me Ateneo since my first choice there was also one of my courses in Taft. Gladly, this site paved my sadness away. The site presents the World's Univeristy Rankings of 2006. Four universities in the Philippines were in the rankings:

And just for fun, I picked out my dream courses in some of the top universites in the world. The courses that I picked are not offered (from what I know) in the Philippines.

all about romance?? hahaha! I looooove the ocean.
Rank 2 - University of Cambridge (Lucy Cavendish College)- Land Economy
ang boring ata nito pero parang yayaman ako dito =))
Rank 4 - Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Aeronautics and Astronautics
hahaha! I would not mind being an astronaut =P Gusto ko pumunta ng Neptune!! Anyway.. in this school, eveyone is required to have an Ipod because their professors' lectures are from Podcasts. Techieeee!
Rank 14 - Peking University (in China)- Insurance
They say that the people working in insurance companies, especially those who compute our insurance, get high salaries. oooohhh =))

Prom is almost a month away. I'm still excited for it even if I'm a senior right now. Our barkada plans to get a room in Shang but... the room rates are SUUUPPEEERRRRkadupeeeeeerHIGH!! grabe! I almost fell of my chair when I visited their site to check the rates. I wouldn't throw 13,790 pesos for a deluxe room (ehem,the smallest room) just for a night's stay. Whew! Ibang hotel nalang tayo magcheck-in! ;)

I hate hearing about medical malpractices stories here in our country. It makes me want to kill a nurse!! Read this:
I forgot which hospital is it but a child was brought to this hopsital beacuse of cough and asthma only. The doctor diagnosed the child having "hospital acquired pneumonia". The doctor assigned the nurse to give 8mL of Benadryl (used to treat allergic reactions involving the nasal passages and motion sickness ) to the child when he is already awake. The nurse did otherwise, while the mother was away, the nurse gave the medicine when the child was still sleeping. After giving the medicine, the child turned blue! The mother was calling the nurses station but no one answered. She went there to talk and to find the nurse who attended her child. The mother said, "Anu ba pinainom niyo sa anak ko?". The nurse said, "80mL ng Benadryl". The mother was shocked, "Ano??", but the nurse replied "8mL , 80mL yung Paracetamol". "Ha? Ano ba talaga?", the mother asked. Sadly, the child died because of the wrong medication given by the nurse.
GARRR. I swear, malaman ko lang pangalan nung nurse, sasabunutan ko talaga yun!!
