I'm really enjoying IntelligenceAnd not because the lead male is awesome, though I am enjoying his droll humour a lot, but mainly because here is a show that doesn't shy away from tough female characters with heart. Both Lillian and Riley are complete characters. Yes they can shoot or act tough, but that doesn't mean they aren't in touch with

Oh man, I looooooove Intelligence! And for all of the reasons you've mentioned. Admittedly, I knew I'd watch just for Josh Holloway and then when I found out Meghan Ory was in it, I was doubly excited (I ♥ her as Ruby on OUAT ;) ). But it turned out to be a show that I really enjoy on its own! :D

I'm so heartbroken that it ended up pitted against The Blacklist, which would pretty much crush any show in the same time slot, and Castle, an already established powerhouse that takes over the time-slot-crushing on the days when Blacklist is off. :(

I wish they would've put it on a night like Friday, where shows can traditionally get ratings like Intelligence has gotten and still survive!

Anyway, I don't have much in the way of fanworks recs, sadly. However, here's a Gabriel/Riley vid I've enjoyed (I know you're TOTES shocked that I ship them, right? ;) )...

It hasn't been canned yet, has it? I know it has lower ratings, but I haven't heard anything concrete yet.

D'oh, thought I answered the other day, sorry! *blush* Anyway, the last I heard it hasn't been officially cancelled but CBS has already filled their fall schedule and haven't left a spot open for it. :S However, they may be hedging their bets a bit to see if they think they're going to need something to fill an unexpected hole.

More than likely, unfortunately, they'll probably make the cancelled announcement in May or possibly after this next ep, which I believe is the finale. :( *sigh*

I'm still trying to hold out at least a little hope, though, until they make it totally official! ;) ♥♥♥
