Good things meme for 12/15 and 12/16
A slew of good things happened yesterday, and I didn't go anywhere!
~It was the first Monday I haven't gone to school. Since Mondays can be the worst, it felt good to get up and relax, as opposed to studying for a final like I did last Monday. :(
~All of the spoilers on AGF. Sure, as annoying as the posts can be sometimes, I really enjoy the new doll excitement, haha. Even though I NEVER get any of the new stuff when it is actually new.
~Liz started posting on LJ again. I'm happy because I probably would never have joined, if not for her.
Now today,
~I started driving lessons! I am nervous, but I need my license and have been putting it off for far too long. So my dad died when I was supposed to be working on getting it and the stupid Driver's Ed teacher in high school scared the crap out of me anyways, it's about time I get the license. It's getting to the point that not having a license is not working out. So...five days of lessons with someone other than my mother (who can't teach me anyway) sounds great to me. It's actually not as bad as I thought it was.
~I got an A in Statistics, yahoo! :D I figured as much, but that class was weird, and it's good to know that learning that material payed off. Even if I'll never remember how to do a stinking test of significance again. So an A in Stats, an A in Devel. Psych., and an A in Italian...now I just need to wait for my English teacher to post grades.
