anyway, hi people that i haven't seen in forever. how's your summer going?
mine continues pretty much the same way it did since the last time i updated. lots of work with some boyfriend/reveling in being 18-ness.oh and the butting heads with power tripping sisters. -shakes fist- they shall not succeed.
i did go see a friend of mine's band play. my buddy Andrew that i met about 2 years ago. he and the band threw a party for their debut performance and he invited me so i gathered my lindsey and ventured forth. this resulted in liking the band, finding out the end of harry potter 6 before i finished reading it ( well, at least who dies, and who kills who, and i have since finished it... i did that the next day), catching up with andrew, meeting some more cool people, oh, and apparently the bassist hates me and thinks i'm a bitch. i know i should feel some remorse, but i just think it's funny. overall, a good time.
umm... other exciting news... daniel got a kitten yesterday. she is so cute and calico. daniel hasn't figured out a name for her yet, but you know it's gonna end up being something weird and crazy. gotta love that boy. the kitten, however... debating on the love a bit. cute as a button. so completely sweet. decided it wanted to play. all. last. night. i think i got a total of 4 VERY broken hours of sleep. she was all over the place. attacking my hair. attacking daniel's feet. laying on daniel and batting at who knows what. jumping on the floor. jumping back up onto the bed. eventually, she curled up on my neck and fell asleep. yeah, i was laying on my side and she curled up on my neck. it was a weird feeling. so yeah. of course i'm going to end up loving her completely.
anyway, that's all folks. i should probably get back to doing the work thing... charts to pull, and file... and all that good stuff. ta.
