It seems odd if not inappropriate for a delivery failure notice from the mail server at a socially oriented site such as livejournal to use the following text (the red highlighting is mine):
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at smtpout07.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
