As Faith listened to the woman in droning on in front of her, the first thing that she thought of wasn’t that the woman was crazy, rather the brunette thought of vengeance. She could care less of what her supposed sacred duty meant. Now she had the power that everyone else had wielded over her. Faith could turn the tables on everyone who had ever hurt her or used her. If what the woman was telling her was the truth, and Faith certainly hoped it was, then she would be powerful. She could mete out punishment to those who had wronged her and she would be in control for once. Faith smiled at the woman and she knew that there’d be a price for her to pay for her newfound power but if all it was that she had to report to a bunch of geeks, then it was worth it.
