28hrs down...

  So far, I’ve been successful with the fast-28 hrs of 48 complete!  (Though I did drink 16oz of crystal light raspberry green tea, which is 5 calories, and considering I walked to and from campus, I’m not going to count it.) AND GUESS WHAT!?!?!  I just now weighed myself and I weigh 162.4 pounds!!!!!!!  At the END of the day!  And I DID drink water today, so it can’t be just water weight!!!  Yes! I am so excited!  It’s working!!!  I can make it until 6:45pm tomorrow, and then I will eat 150 calories and go to yoga!  I’m excited to plan those 150 calories and the rest of the week’s allotment.  Instead of feeling like, oh-I can ONLY have ____calories, it feels more like, “Yay!  I get ____ calories today, what healthy yummy food can I eat with that?!”  I did go to the store today to buy fuit (1 apple, 1 pack of strawberries, 3 small peaches, 1 orange), veggies (carots), flavored water (lemon-lime-tastes just like sprite!!!), a box of honey bunches of oat with cinnamon (really low cal cereal-even with skim milk, only 180 cals per serving, and I could easily half or two-thirds that and put it in a mug!), skim milk, turkey (6 pieces=50 cals, so 1 piece is only like 8 cals!!!), Boca burgers (80cals) and organic yogurt.  Anyway, just really excited.  :o)  Maybe I can be below 160 by this weekend… the question becomes, do I adjust all my goal weights then? Hmmm… Okay, part of my fast is getting 9 hours of sleep a night, so bed time!
