Hay computer geeks, how do you open a .cbr file?___? Thanks!!!

GOOD THINGS!

-- My awesome Encounter student Mayumi lent me the Hirasawa Susumu album Kyuusai no Gihou. Cool people may know Hirasawa Susumu as the guy who did the music for the best anime series ever, Berserk, as well as for the Berserk PS2 game. The game was disappointing but the theme song, called "sign", is THE MOST AMAZING SONG YOU EVER LISTEN TO, EVER, IN YOUR WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE. DOWNLOAD THIS NOW. I listen to it whenever I need to get FIRED UP for karate!!1 (iTunes says I've listened to it 107+ times D:)

Berserk: Chitose Teikoku no Taka-hen OST-- sign

Anyway, this CD is kicking ass! Whoooo~~~!!!!!

-- I'm still addicted to that insane brain training game. I unlocked the second-to-last training exercise today, and I took the brain age check test again. Last week, my brain was 48 years old, but I am very proud to say that my brain is now 28 years old!! Trouncing Patrick's score of 39. Every day during my lunch break I go into my classroom and hunker down with the brain game, writing down new vocabulary on flash cards as I go along.

-- My student Haruka gave me a package of that coffee-n-tea mix from Hong Kong that I like, with this message on a little card:

Dear Lauren
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
As long as you stay in Japan, the cherry blossoms celebrate your birthday, too.
