Piercings: 3 in left ear. 2 in right ear. I’ve contemplated other facial piercings but just can’t seem to decide what would be cute on me, and I definitely can’t get my nose done due to my extreme allergies. (sigh . . . )
Tattoos: Aum calligraphy over my heart charka (lower sternum). Someday I might get an art nouveau dragonfly or peacock, but one tattoo might be enough for me.

You have a crush on someone: On my dearest Sol, of course! He’s my life-time, hard-core, main crush, but I get mini-crushes on an almost daily basis. Sadly, my favorite girl crush is moving. I’m gonna miss me some LauraBell. (sniffles)
You wish you could live somewhere else: Portland is pretty awesome, but if I could live anywhere it would be on the Oregon coast. It’s my most favorite place in the world. Vancouver B.C. would also be pretty nice.
You have a job: Unfortunately, it is a necessity.

You like cleaning: Cleaning, like exercise, is part of the tyranny of maintenance that goes with life. I’m generally not a fan, but when I go all manic, I clean hard and deep and thoroughly . . . with a toothbrush.

Long distance relationships: Definitely not for me personally. I’m too needy and must have constant snuggles and personal attention . . . in person.

Teenage smoking: Smoking is a gross habit, but you can’t force good habits on people. I really do wish that it wasn’t seen as such a “cool” thing to do.
Driving drunk: Bad things happen when driving and drinking are combined. Walk, bike, use public transit, take a cab or ride with a sober friend. Come on people! There are options!
Gay/lesbian relationships: Definitely for.
Soap operas: I don’t understand the appeal.

Of hearts I have broken? Mistakes were made, and much to my deepest regret, hearts have been hurt.
Of girls I have kissed? 1 (but only friendly cheek and lip kisses . . . that counts though . . . right?)
Of boys I have kissed? Ummmm . . . somewhere around 15 that I can recall. My indiscriminate boy-kissing days were a long-time ago now. For the past 16 years, my lips have been devoted to one beloved guy.
Of times my name has appeared in the newspaper? A handful of times when I was a kid / teenager in the small town paper (slow news day in Lander, Wyoming apparently). Once in the Bend, Oregon newspaper, quoting me about reasons for a service outage for OPB in that area. Also, my name didn’t appear, but there was a picture of me in the Portland Tribune taken at a DIY Lounge class.
Of people I would classify as true, could trust with my life type friends? Plus my best friend, Sol (who I would trust with more than my life) there are probably 5 other friends that I would put in this category. Good people who I have known for a long time.

Candy: Gummi bears and black licorice.
Cartoon: Homestar Runner, Simpsons, Wallace and Grommit, most of Williams Street Productions stuff on Adult Swim. I like cartoons.
Color(s): Lapis blue and violet.
Season: Autumn and Spring. Each one is my favorite when it is happening. I really couldn’t choose between them. I like the feeling of change in the air and in the growing things all around. Plus the colors are fantastic!
