Home again, home again. Jig-a-dee-jig.
We have actually been home for almost three weeks. The trip was amazing. I don't feel like I have the words anymore to do it justice, so I have been procrastinating writing about it. But I would still like to try.
I need to start journaling again, even if my words are all dry and withered and awkward and lacking in grace and poetry. I just can't seem to remember why writing things down is so important, but I can feel the loss of that art and effort. That loss is what makes it important. The writing will remind me of the rest.
Regardless, I will sincerely try to encapsulate some details of the trip in the very near future.
