WOW, WOW and more WOW!!! Awesome review Betty! So sad it is the last one though :(
You said everything what I was feeling and thinking when watching the finale, as well as some interesting insights I didn't notice ;)

"Before the episode started I decided that the only thing I wanted answered was what the light was but during th Jin/Sun flashes all I wanted was for everyone to be happy!"
Aww :)
I did want to know a bit more answers but I think it was good with how they wrapped things up. and it was more to do with deeper meaning about the characters and the idea of letting go and moving on, than some of the other mysteries. That's what I feel the finale was trying to establish.

oh yes, I loved a lot of the lines in the finale too. The funny ones were good, like the ones you mentioned.
My favorite line from the episode wasn't a funny one, but the line by Jack you mentioned. It is up there as one of my all time favorite lines from Lost. The whole thing he said to Flocke was awesome. I was really hoping someone would mention about Locke in that way, and was so happy with the way it was said. As you say "Burrnnnnn" (Cool way to describe that ;) )
I have to requote the whole line as it is so great "You're not John Locke. You disrespect his memory by wearing his face, but you're nothing like him. Turns out he was right about most everything. I just wish I could have told him that while he was still alive."
"sigh"

Aww, I love your episode cry tally. I cried in the same moments you mentioned. I was getting some strange looks from my brother when I kept crying :D
It's unfortunate that I don't think those remembering/reawakening scenes with flashes of past episodes had the same dramatic effect on him, as of course he hasn't seen all the other seasons :(
I loved each and every one of those scenes. The Locke one was so moving and touching, and I loved Locke's line to Jack saying "I wish someone could do to you what you just did for me"

When I saw Juliet come into the room of Jin/Sun, I immediately correlated the scene with Sun and Juliet in the Dharma station. Jin/Sun remembering scene was so lovely, and touching:(

I am going to finish the comment now in case I go over the work limit on comments. So there might be a few more comments after this one ;) :D
