I watched Goodbyeee today. For the first time, actually - it was one of the ones I hadn't seen before I got the box set, and since I decided to watch them in order naturally I left it to the end

I was talking to a friend in Scotland who loves Blackadder, and we got on to the subject of the last episode (as you do). I started to get pretty emotional about the ending, and how moving and sad and brilliant it was, yadda yadda yadda, and she said she thought it was cheesy and stupid.

I was pretty lost for words, and we turned the conv. to other topics...
