From October 2006 to September 2007, I implemented a TNR (trap-neuter-release) program on my street in the East Atlanta Village. I successfully trapped and neutered 22 cats during this time. Sad news about the humane society in my hometown

My mom said that my little sister (she is eleven) is writing a letter to her principal in hopes that the school can put together a fundraiser.
