Rec-request round #1 2010: Villains and bad guys

Righty-oh, folks, since the poll was pretty much clear on what you'd like, I introduce to you the first round of rec-requests this year (since I hope there will be many more for many years). You now have two weeks (i.e. until February 8th) to rec your favorite stories with OC villains, bad guys, evil overlords, traitors, thiefs... you get my meaning, right? As to the format of the recs, I'd recommend standard format:
