Cohen's hospital photos will be available to look at tomorrow!! I'm so happy....it's a little earlier than expected. Hopefully they are good.
I had went to Sears to have pics taken because I was told on the phone it was same day photo. We went and it was the worst experience ever!! The studio is SUPER small and it was PACKED. It was SUPER hot. Then there were bad shadows on some of the pics. Then they couldn't get the pics to load off of the memory card onto the computer. The lady waiting on us kept having to get up in the middle of our review session to help other customers. They were running behind, so it continued to get more crowded. The lady wasn't listening to what I wanted and kept doing her own thing. I would have walked out, but I just want some pics of my son to actually give people!! So after I find out what a ripoff it was, I ordered a few sheets, she informs me after she places the order, you can't cancel. I say fine (I just wanted out of there), She places the order and then tells me my pics will be back on the 19th!!! I WAS SO PISSED. We were there for TWO HOURS with an 8 day old and a 4 year old. They were getting fussy....I was happy to get out of there, but so frustrated. I called customer service the next day and gave the biggest complaint. I told them I would never go to Sears Portrait again. SO they offer me coupons for my next visit. HELLO? I said I wouldn't go there again. So that sucked too. I think they could have done a little better than that.
