John Finnemore's Flying Visit...Flies Again!
Bing bong, this is your John Finnemore fan speaking!
John Finnemore's Flying Visit is BACK! (This is the live show that's mostly drawn from his sketch show, but also has a bit of Cabin Pressure thrown into the mix.) John and the gang are touring the show again, from early September to early November. If you're in the U.K., see if they're coming anywhere near you: "Flying Visit Flies Again!"
After I saw the show at its at-the-time final stop in Edinburgh back in June, I wrote up a massive (omg so massive) summary of the show, for the benefit and enjoyment of anyone who wasn't able to see it. (And, quite possibly, for the re-enjoyment of those of us who did.) That summary is still available HERE.
However, there was one bit that John explicitly asked audiences not to mention, when they talked about the show afterwards, so as not to spoil other people who hadn't had a chance to see it yet. When I wrote up the show, I figured it was okay to include it, since the run was over and there was no longer any concern about spoilers. And it seemed only fair that all the fans should get to know all the stuff! Now that the show is out in the world again, though, I'm redacting the spoiler bit. I'll add it back in in November, once the show's run is finished. :-)
