Exciting week but so frickin busy.
For various reasons, I've made my whopping icon collection visible to friends only. Just thought I'd mention that. However, my buddy icon and cartoon doll collections are still open to the public (scroll all the way down). But there were some conflicts that resulted from posting my lj icon collection.
On Monday, it was my mail day and I was lucky enough to be the mail carrier who had the honor of bringing the study abroad response letters to the anxious sophomores of my dorm. First the inaguration invitations and now this. I flippin love the little bit of power that comes with this job. As soon as I got outside the mail building I ripped mine open. I started laughing/crying. God willing, a year from now I'll be in Fremantle, Australia. Then I made my way with the mail cart as fast as I could back to the dorm. Jersey Jessica and Natalie were in the lobby when I got there and I gave them their letters and then I went to give out the others. Not all got positive responses unfortunately. I thought I was the only one from my dorm who applied to Australia but I found out that two others are going with me! I was walking on sunshine the rest of the day. Then the rest of the week I had two tests and an essay so I was sooo frickin busy and not happy about it. At least my half-birthday was on Wednesday. That was good, I got a package, watched the finalization of the top 24 on American Idol and Olympics, and had an enjoyable two-hour Spanish study session with Cassie and Kristen. Valentine's Day was uneventful and full of schoolwork, however I received lots of fun valentines this past week.
But Monday was especially exciting.
