Every summer, this avocado tree in our small yard (the only tree, actually) blooms and then grows avocados in abundance. The problems about it though ,are that the branches are usually too high, you can't really tell if the avocados are ripe, and when they fall they're usually near rotting. Some of you know that I cook. And, well, I've decided, out of sheer boredom, to give you a recipe that I think is good. In other words, things I made up and decided was addictive to me.
