we did it!
let me just start off by sayin that HSC's charity event was a success! it was awsome..we actually had ppl show up and it was wonderful! im soo very very proud of all our members on HSC. we all worked so damn hard to get this thing off the floor and out by the 30th! i suppose there were a few setbacks lol like in any indian program the sound sucked and there was a bit of organization lacking but i guess all was well in the end...we had a nice turn out and a good bit of donations..considering we had about a week or so to advertise i think we did quite quite well...there were of course some issues on the inside but those will be solved afterwards...so basically charity benefit so good! oh on a side note i was very very excited about havin manosh and jones show up to the event...they had fun! and after the even a whole buncha us went to denny's and i that was amazing..imagine like 20 kids at dennys at 245 in the mornin..it was a bit chaotic to say the least but so much crazy fun..and of course from a nite full of dancing im slightly on the sore side!
school had my first 2 tests one in anatomy and one in cell bio got an 84 in anatomy and an 80 in cell bio...which considering i didnt study a lick of anatomy thats awsome! anatomy test was the day b4 the program and so wed nite was like crazy insanity...but w/e ill do well on the next tests hopefully and itll be ok...so schools moving along
and dance..well thats goin along too...college dance team starts mtg every wed and thursday nites for practice and classical dancing is movin along too...not much in this arena.
and finally i would just like to say that navratri begins on tuesday which im super excited about...which also means my fasting starts on tuesday..only fruits, milk and potatos for 9 days...which is fine bc ud be surprised how much food there really is in all that lol anyway im out ill ttyl!
