its time for...another update!
thats right folks...its that time again..time for an update! so lets see in the past what 10 days or so i think ive officially ruled sleep outta my life activities! lol ok start from the top yea?
school...progressing nicely, this of course is due to the fact that there have been no tests so far..this of course will all change come next week and i take my cell bio and human anatomy tests...on the flip side of that i did have one test in my boom boom upper level class which i got a nice 96 on which ill take seein as how i only studied the day of for about 4 hours! lol class avg was 74...oh y not good!
from school we move to work which well lets face it anyone who works knows that work is well work...its not too bad cept for the whole inventory thing thats goin on at our store! its keepin some ppl really really high strung!lucky for me i dont have to deal with em bc i only work evening shifts 3 days a week...sometimes 4 days... which just means extra long days for me!
moving from work to clubs i can safely say HSC has taken over my life! or what little i had left to be taken over...Hindu Students Council (HSC) has decided to put together a charity event to raise money for katrina victims...of course staying tru to our indian heritage we thought about it 2 weeks ago and gave ourselves the pressure of having everything done and the show on by the 30th of this month...yes yes i know were not the brightest but we are a very dedicated group of ppl and surprisingly enuff everything is just about good to go..we got a band, we got caterers, we got sponsors, we even got the date to stick now all we need is a venue (and ud think that would be the first thing we go about lookin for!)..we should know by late this afternoon what the final deal is on venue site then everything is pretty much green light GO GO GO! after that! im really excited about it..its a really good idea that was put together and executed quite well by our committee! im proud of HSC!
and finally moving from clubs to dance...which anyone who knows me i cant do a damn thing if i dont have dance n my life...few things...one i made the college dance team (woohoo!)which will be competing on the 12th of november at the local INDIA FESTIVAL! which happens every yr for the past like i dont even know how many yrs! im on the garba team and i sincerely hope that we win first this yr..and second my classical dance teacher wants me to step it up a notch in class bc im doin so well she wants me to come in and take extra classes with her to learn extra stuff for personal reasons (ie if she has to perform anywhere i can go with her and do a little dance of my own)
so yes now my life is firmly entrenched in the fast lane and theres no stoppin it...well thats about it for awhile...oh one last final note b4 i go...i FINALLY got internet back at my house so posts will be somewhat more regularly spaced! have a good one u all!
