Man and Woman, partners for life
Why I migrate here to journal about relationships is beyond me. Perhaps it's because one special kind of pairing first came together for me on Deviant Art, a set of partners I envy more than I ever realized before.
It's so easy to go on a date, fall in love, live together. But when one goes out and searches for someone not just to share their lives with but to share...their minds...is it to ambitious?
I can say with modesty I am dynamic, a thinker and a man who looks at the world and wants to take it apart, see what makes it tick. It's made me hungry and I like that appetite driving me forward to embetter myself. My path has taken me to many interesting places, and given me hundreds of stories to tell and jokes to laugh at with friends and family.
But I look back on those travels and...they seem...colder now. Because while they were flights of complete autonomy and happiness and purely at my own whim...they were done alone.
I could find no one willing to travel for 30 days on a train and see 14 cities, nor someone to spend a leisurely 24 hours wandering down the East Coast to Orlando and back. Whether I don't have adventurous friends or merely need new ones, I realize looking back that my travels were singularly alone.
I don't just want a travel companion. I want a travel lover. They will go on my adventures and revel in the history of a location or the exoticness of where we sleep, she'll challenge me to fuck her in outrageous places and I'll see her fuck and raise her a reaming. I want that syrupy sweet passion from making love on the grass in the warm Summer rain, on a balcony in a city I've never been to before.
I want a Woman. I want an Adventuress.
