(no subject)
A long day. I got up early this morning to go over Dave's house and have breakfast before work. He made me one of those Jimmy Dean egg/sausage bowl things. He was so cute, I love him so much. We played with his three cats and his rabbit, Bandit. I was glad I had some time to spend together this morning because we had opposite shifts at work. I worked until 5, he worked 5:30-12. Needless to say work on the day before Easter was hell. I was so relieved to leave that place.
After work I got home and had an old piece of pizza for dinner before dazing in front of my laptop and T.V. for a few hours. I actually worked on my take home essays for Education, which I feel good about. I'll have tomorrow to study and finish them up for Monday.
Then of course, I had a fight with my sister. Short story: she was recently arrested for a DUI and before that had had alcohol poisoning over the summer, yet she maintains that she does not have a drinking problem. Apparently I would not understand because I'm a "square." Gotta love family time.
Now I'm laying down and watching Van Helsing, which is more than a little ridiculous. I feel relieved that I won't have to go back to work until Friday. I can deal with doing all the work I've procrastinated on as long as I don't have to think about that awful place. Do other people hate their jobs as much as I do?
