Yesterday my brave little girl made her final trip to the veterinary surgery. Despite issues with her heart, thyroid, renal failure and diabetes it was sudden paralysis of her back legs which was the final straw ( Read more... )

Life has been so manic this year that I kind of feel like I'm crawling out of the woodwork just for Christmas, so my apologies for neglecting people this year!

I am still around, however, and I am taking part in Fandom Stocking again this year, it's so much fun and no pressure at all. They are still taking signups for another couple of days too ( Read more... )

When she collapsed in December 2012 we didn't think Boo would see Christmas, let alone her next birthday. Fifteen months later, not only has my little girl celebrated another Christmas but today is her 18th birthday.
