The first is a crossover of "Doctor Who" (10th Doctor) and the 2005 BBC miniseries "Casanova." I learned the hard way that David Tennant, who plays the 10th doctor, was the star of "Casanova" as well. When I first read that nevcolleil's fic "Distance" is a Supernatural/Highlander crossover I was skeptical. Skeptical but intrigued. Intrigued enough to start reading. By the end of the third paragraph I was hooked. Not bad for two fandoms in which I'm only mildly interested. :)

While updating the Starborn website (finally, after seven months!) I rediscovered a half-written story I stopped working on a few years ago. "Nothing Left to Lose" is a Starman/Quantum Leap/X-Files crossover set in 1989, complete with pre-X-Files Mulder. Crossing three shows makes it tremendously fun, albeit challenging, to write.
