Sprint needs to eat a fat bowl of dicks
ok, i had Cingular for damn near TEN years, i think i got my first cell phone when i was about 19! (I think they were called "Ameritech" then. =P )
I JUST switched to Sprint like a few months ago... & they are BY FAR the WORST FUCKING SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't even take it anymore. At this point i am willing to pay WHATEVER it is to get out of my contract (but according to the lady at Sprint customer service, who barely speaks any english (BASIC!), it's only going to cost $150 to cancel my service early... which is just like a fucking DOLLAR to me at this point.... that's how bad i want out of it!). Like I said, I'll pay ANYTHING, that's how much I hate it!!!!!
I know everyone has their own opinions. A few times I was pissed at Cingular for whatever reason & some people would tell me "go to Sprint! they're good"..... well I got lied to... cuz THEY ARE THE WORST FUCKING SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!
We're talking:
* dropped callssssss like DAILY (NEVER, or rarely had that w/ Cingular),
* no signal like EVERRRR,
* even web browsing on there never works right,
* If I want to EVER have a decent conversation, I have to go OUTSIDE (I shouldn't fucking have to!)
* I tried calling somebody FIVE times in a row today & it kept telling me that "the call did not go thru, try again later"..... for NO REASON...... that shit should NEVER happen! I've never had it happen before!
* I'm SICK of having to call people back like "sorry, my phone went out AGAIN.....",
* and HALF of my people NEVER get my text msgs! I've even been right there with them, tried texting them & they never got it!
... it's bullshit!!!!!!
I have a really good PHONE too, there is no excuse... it's the fucking service!
