Chapter 4

Turkey Day 4

-"Where are you taking me?" Jaejoong asked after about a hour of silence, riding quietly in the back of the limosine. The short man in the white tuxedo wiped his nose a few times as he took out a cigar, waving it beneath his nose, taking long wifs. He let out a pleased sigh, closing his eyes in the process; just enjoying the scent of the cigar. He opened his eyes slowly, his eyes meeting with Jaejoong's. Just resting upon Jaejoong's gaze, until he let out his hand, offering the cigar. Jaejoong shook his head. "There is no reason for me to be here." Jaejoong spoke as heturned the offer down.

-"But, you know where the goods are." The man implied, placing the cigar in his mouth. He snapped his fingers as a command for the lady, who was sitting beside Jaejoong, to light the substance for him. "Just give me what I want and I shall, without hesitation, let you go." He proposed a deal.

-"I don't know what you're talking about!!!." Jaejoong spoked in a strained voice, tired from all that has happened so far today. He just wanted to go home and stranggle the rest of the members for ganging up on him and voting him the one to do the food shopping. Jaejoong cupped his own face as his elbows rested on his knees. "I just want to finish my food shopping before Thanks giving is over."

-"But, it isn't-"

-"Boss, we're out of gas." The driver alerted the man in the white tuxedo, interrupting whatever is was the lady was about to say. The man pursed his lips as if something sour had entered his mouth. He put out his cigar into the ash compartment, on the top side of the car door, right below the window.

-"We'll be right back, don't go anywhere. Lola will be watching you." The short man warned Jaejoong before stepping out of the limosine, along with the two large men in black suits, just after they had pulled up to the closest gas station. The lady, Lola, as so called by the man in white, looked out to make sure they were gone. Once she felt it was clear, she turned to Jaejoong, handing him a brown snow cap and a leather hooded coat.

-"Here, put this on. Don't run. Walk casual. We don't need you getting caught." She instructed him, prompting him up as she buttong the coat around him. "I didn't mean for this to happen, so I apologize. Just go..." She looked at her watch, at the same time looking out at the front view mirror. "Now!" She opened the door, allowing him to step out of the limosine. "Here, take this as a token of my greatest sincere apology." She handed him a roll of money.

-"No, I couldn't."

-"Take it." She shoved it into one of his pockets. "Now go." She slammed the door shut. Not bothering to think about questioning any of this, Jaejoong began walking away from the gas station.

-"Where did the guy go?!" Jaejoong heard the man scream as he entered back into the limosine. He was about to run when he remembered what the lady had instructed him to do. He continued with his regular pace as he heard the limosine drive off. Sweat trickled down the side of his face as he saw the limosine drive past him. He held his breath in hope that they wouldn't spot him. Luckily, they didn't. Jaejoong let out a sigh of relief, realizing he was right by the market.

-"Oh thank you!!" Jaejoong jumped in happiness, not caring if he splashed water onto himself. He was already wet from the rain anyway. What difference did it make? He laughed gratefully to himself, before running into the market.

-"This is the place?..." Changmin gaped at the place before him. He knew the flier had said 'fresh', but he didn't know they meant 'just slaughtered'. Yes, he was at the slaughter house. He gave an unsure look before gesturing himself into the dreadful place, where animals met their maker. Once inside, he was greeted by an atmosphere of clucking and snorting, along with quacking and mooing. A swarm of feathers lingered around him, causing his eyes to itch slightly. He continued on to the back, listening closely to catch a faint group of turkeys, gobbling in the back room.

-"Is anyone here?" Changmin called out, stopping in front of one cage that contained a small sized turkey. He waited for the owner, or butcher to come out and greet him, but there was no answer. "Hello?" Changmin called out once more. "I'd like to but a turkey?" Nothing, but squealing and squabbling. He felta little tug at his pants. Looking down, it was the small turkey, staring up at him with sad eyes, as if pleading for Changmin to take him.

-"Aww...aren't you a cute turkey- wait you're dinner!! What am I saying?" Changmin shook his head, bringing his thoughts back to what he was there to do in the first place. The turkey just kept staring at Changmin, as if just hoping that would be enough to have Changmin reconsider. "No! You will have to accept your fate and that's final!!" Changmin spoke in a final tone, when he heard another turkey, not too far from were he stood, scream right before he heard a large bang against a board of metal. A turkey head then came rolling out, stopping by his feet. "I think I'll become a vegetarian now." Changmin said in disgust. He looked over to the small turkey once more, who seemed to have formed tears in his eyes.

-"Relative?" The turkey nodded.

-"Great!! That's the 10th turkey today!!" Changmin heard a voice exclaim, as he then heard heavy boot steps come towards where he was standing. Changmin bent down to the latch, flipping it open. "Hurry, we have to go!" He whispered anxiously. The turkey wobbled right out, following Changmin. They were about to step out of the slaughter house, when the turkey ran back in.

-"What are you doing?" Changmin shouted. A few minutes later, a herd of animals stampeded out of the slaughter house, flooding the streets. The small turkey followed out lastly, hopping into Changmin's arms.

-"Come back here!!!" The owner yelled, running out after the animals.

-"I think I'll call you turkish delight." Changmin smiled brightly at his new pet. "First lets get something to cover you up."

++BACK AT THE APARTMENT++

-"Is everything set?" Yunho asked, looking into the cabinets for some silverware. They had been getting things ready by the time theother two had arrived back home.

-"Yes, all the plates are here, as well as the cups and the table cloth in nicely set, all thanks to me." Junsu beamed, proud of himself at his own work. Yoochun walked in, patting Junsu on his back. "Good job." He told Junsu. Junsu scringed, shrugging Yoochun off.

-"Don't touch me."

-"What did I do?" Yoochun asked, following Junsu out ofthe kitchen.

-"You put me up as bait just so you can find a good source of entertainment." Junsu stated in a not so happy tone. He walked into their room and threw himself onto the bed. Yoochun scratched his head, as to think of what to do or say.

-"Everyone has to put out some type of sacrafice." Yoochun shrugged carelessly. Junsu lifted himself up to get a pillow, throwing it at Yoochun. "Hey!! It's the truth!!"

-"It's a load of bull!! What have you sacraficed? Nothing. Boy...I would love to stick a rod through you, and roast you over a fire..." Junsu smiled deviously as he pictured Yoochun being twirled around over a hot red camp fire. Apple stuffed in his mouth with his nose out like a snout, resembling of what Junsu pictured him to be as. A pig.

-"And oh, how you would love to get the first taste." Yoochun sauntered slowly up to Junsu. He licked his lips a few times. "I bet you're just dying..." He sat beside Junsu inching his face closer, his eyes scanning Junsu's face up and down. "...to find out..." Their faces were semi-centimeters away from each other. Junsu's eyes were pried open as he didn't know what to do.

-"But, I'm waaay too hot for you!" Yoochun snorted, pulling himself back. Junsu smiled, nodding accordingly.

-"You may leave now." Junsu told Yoochun in a calm, but demanding manner. Yoochun let out an abnoxious laugh.

-"This is my room too. Are you forgetting? And in this room, I'm in charge, since I'm the oldest in our room." Yoochun stated, in attempt of using his own authority over Junsu. As he continued talking, he waggered his finger in Junsu's face, in a 'matter of fact' fashion.

-"Oh please." Junsu rolled his eyes, saying 'Yea whatever.'

-"And guess what?" Yoochun quirked a brow at Junsu.

-"What?" Junsu asked in an uncaring manner.

-"You're in my bed. So I'm staying. And you're leaving." Yoochun turned the tables on Junsu. Junsu pouted in defeat and was about to get off Yoochun's bed, when Yoochun pulled him back. "You don't have to leave now. I'm being nice. You can stay here. In bed. In MY bed. With me."

-"No thank-" Junsu attempted to get up off the bed once more, when Yoochun pulled him back, more harshly this time.

-"I insist." Yoochun chirped. Junsu didn't see, but he could feel Yoochun's taunting smile, burning into his back like a laser. Junsu grunted heavily.

-"You're not recieveing anything from me for christmas." Junsu mumbled silently.

-"What was that?" Yoochun asked lazily, wrapping his arms sneakingly around Junsu's waist, earning a small jerk from the other. "Go to sleep."

-"But-"

-"Sleep."

-"Now....isn't this sweet...." Yunho whispered, snapping a few pictures from his polaroid. "Capture the good memories..." Yunho chuckled, walking out of the room. He didn't notice someone else was behind him until he bumped into that person.

-"What are you doing?" Jaejoong asked, shivering. He had tons of groceries in his hand, water dripping everywhere.

-"You're back? Let me help you with those." Yunho offered, grabing some of the bags and bringing them into the kitchen. He took the contents out one by one. "You bought cereal?"

-"For the next morning. I'm not making breakfast." Jaejoong told Yunho, placing his bags on the counter. Yunho scanned those bags as well.

-"Uh...no eggs? And where are the things for the stuffing?" Yunho questioned Jaejoong. Jaejoong dropped down to his knees, letting out a quiet whimper.

-"I'm not going back out there!!" Jaejoong buried his head in his hands in exhaustion. Yunho knelt down before him with eyes begging him. "Okay. Okay. But, that's all I'm getting. Nothing else. I don't care if there is anything else missing. I can't remember all that you wanted."

-"But, Yoochun wrote a-"

-"I lost it." Jaejoong told him, getting up to head back out again.

-"I will throw in a nice massage along with that hot bath when you come back okay?" Yunho smiled. Jaejoong stuck out his middle finger, before slamming the door shut behind him.

-"Mmm...when did you grow feathers Junsu?" Yoochun asked, stretching himself awake as he felt around next to him. He opened his eyes to see two small beadie eyes looking back at him. "What the hell?!" Yoochun fell back, off of the bed in shock. Junsu turned over to his side, where a small beak pecked Junsu on the lips.

-"Aww....why thank..." Junsu opened his eyes and screamed at the top of his lungs, flailing his arms around in the blanket, tangling himself, causing him to fall on his back. "Aahh!!!" Junsu cried out in pain.

-"Oh, so you've met turkish delight." Changmin came into the room, drying his hair with a towel. He tossed the towel aside, it landing on Yoochun's face.

-"Turkish? Is he from turkey or something?" Yoochun asked as he removed the towel from his face.

-"It's a live turkey!!! It's alive!! Ahhhhh!!!" Junsu screamed as he ran out of the room; the turkey chasing after him.

-"CHANGMIN!!!!" Yunho's voice rang throughout the whole apartment. Changmin shook his head and he went into the closet, putting on a shirt. He walked out of the room and into the livingroom where he found the turkey sitting onto of Yunho's head, watching t.v. Junsu was hiding behind the couch.

-"Yes hyung?" Changmin asked.

-"When we asked for a turkey. We meant the cold, frozen, DEAD kind." Yunho explained to Changmin, emphasizing on the word 'dead'. Changmin gave Yunho a flat stare since Yunho was talking to him as if he was talking to a five year old who didn't understand a thing.

-"I saved him from being killed." Changmin stuck his chest out in pride, as if he accomplished a good deed.

-"That's what Thanks giving is all about!!! Dead turkey and stuffing!!!" Yoochun stomped his way into the livingroom.

-"Actually, it's about being thankful for what you have and have received throughout the whole year round." Junsu clarified the meaning. Yoochun looked around, trying to find the voice. "Behind the couch." Junsu revealed his hiding place. Yoochun walked around, squating down next to Junsu.

-"Hey there." Yoochun smiled. "What are you doing?" He wiggled his eyebrows at Junsu.

-"I couldn't leave the turkey and let his head roll up to me feet!!" Changmin said in defense for his actions. Yunho gave Changmin a confused look, thinking about what Changmin was saying, he scrunched his shoulders up, shaking in chills.

-"Point taken." Yunho gave in. "But, then what are we going to eat?"

-"Fish!!" Junsu plopped up from behind the couch.

-"Why are you shouting fish?" Everyone turned to see Jaejoong coming back into the apartment, more drenched than before.

-"Before you think about taking off that ugly coat, we need fish." Yoochun informed Jaejoong once he saw Jaejoong making his way over to the coat rack.

-"Oh no I don't!!!" Jaejoong protested immediately.

-"We'll begin the cooking. Don't worry hyung." Changmin volenteered. Jaejoong's expression grew sickly.

-"OH NO YOU WON'T!!!" Jaejoong yelled, slamming the door behind him.

-"May he be blessed abundantly." Junsu smiled sweetly. Jaejoong then barged back into the apartment.

-"Were we expecting company?" Jaejoong asked, as a bunch of turkeys ran in, surrounding Changmin. Feathers soon covered the floor.

-"This is bringing back unneccessary memories..." Changmin groaned.

*FLASHBACK*

-"He killed my people!! So i made him pay!! And since you are his friends!! I will make you pay as well!!" Hamtaro shouts. Changmin begins to laugh even harder.

-"We're getting threatened by a damn hamster!! What is this??" Changmin says between each laugh. Hamtaro secretly presses a button inside his cage which released glue onto Changmin. Then he presses the button again and feathers stick onto him. Junsu and Yoochun fall on the floor dying from laughter.

-"Haha you look like a rooster!!" Junsu yells out.

-"Shut up and put a cock in it!!" Changmin yells in anger.

-"HAHA!! COCK!! CHANGMIN'S A TALKING COCK!!" Yoochun laughs out with tears in his eyes.

-"I'll deal with you idiots later!!" Changmin says to the two on the floor but then turns his attention to Hamtaro. "Now you!! I will kill you!! And when i do!! I'm going to eat you!! And I'll make sure Jaejoong will do the honers of roasting you himself!! Any last words before you die?!" Changmin asks Hamtaro.

-"Bock bock bock bock bock bock!" Hamtaro makes a chicken sound. (A/N: 'Hamtaro horror: /shycapri88. Lol so you would understand the flash back ^_^)

*END*

-"But, you were a chicken." Junsu pointed out.

-"Shut up " Changmin twitched. "UGH!!!" Changmin ran into the room.

-"Have fun!!" Jaejoong said cheerfully, leaving.

-"Everything is finished!!" Jaejoong wiped the sweat off his forehead, turning off the stove. Everything was on the table. All the food cooked by Jaejoong. The fish, potatoes, gravy, pumpkin pie, stuffing (even though there was no cooked turkey), rice and peas, vegetables, dumplings, lasagna. He sat down at the table calling everyone in. Even the turkeys.

-"Whoa, this is beautiful!!" Changmin stared in awe, once he walked into the kitchen.

-"Thank you. I did the table." Junsu mentioned.

-"I was talking about the food."

-"Oh." Junsu pouted.

-"I think you did a great job." Yoochun whispered into Junsu's ear from behind. Junsu glared at him.

-"Sit." Yunho ordered everyone.

-"I think I'll just wait and eat my share in the room...."

Junsu spoke nervously, fondling with his fingertips. Everyone gave him a questioning look.

-"You're eating with us." Jaejoong said flatly. Yoochun shoved Junsu into a chair next to him.

-"Did I tell you, thank you?" Junsu smiled faintly at Jaejoong.

-"Yes Junsu. Don't worry about it."

-"Spit it." Yoochun spoke.

-"What?" Junsu choked out.

-"You're hiding something." Yunho voiced his suspicions.

-"Well...you see...it's actually funny when you think of it..." Junsu chuckled sheepishly. The atmosphere became heavy with silence. "Um...well, today isn't Thanks giving."

-"That's it!!!! Kill me now!! Kill me after I kill all of you!!!" Jaejoong shot up from the table, fork in his hand, threatening each other member one by one.

-"Nice joke Junsu. Ha. Ha." Changmin laughed slightly before slamming his head against the table. The turkeys gobbled in panick.

-"Sorry!! I'm so sorry!!! The calender was old!!" Junsu tried to redeemed himself. Yunho was busy trying to pry the fork out of Jaejoong's hand. "I wanted to spend some real time together. Is that so wrong?" Junsu frowned.

-"I think he's dead." Yoochun poked Changmin's cheek for validation. Junsu groaned into his palms. "It's okay. I forgive you." Yoochun tried to comfort Junsu.

-"You're still not getting any present from me."

-"Fine then. You ruined everything Junsu!! Everything!! Thanks for nothing!!" Yoochun shouted hysterically, causing the turkeys to run frantically.

-"It's okay Junsu." Jaejoong sighed, setting the fork down. "Happy Thanks giving." Jaejoong smiled warmly. "Me and Changmin are going to go and rest now. We've been through a lot. After that I think I'll treat him to a nice restaurant..."

-"I'm up for that!!" Changmin plopped his head up the moment Jaejoong mentioned restaurant.

-"Great. So he's not dead." Yoochun grumpled in disappointment. Jaejoong slung his arms around both Junsu and Yoochun, walking them through the hallway.

-"If you would just have a word with me real quickly..." Jaejoong opened the door for them, gesturing for them to go out first. Once they both stepped out, Jaejoong slammed the door, not forgetting to lock it.

-"Hyung!!!!" Junsu cried on the other side. "I said I was sorry!!!"

-"I didn't do anything!! Why did you kick me out!?" Yoochun kicked the door.

-"Wake me up when you're ready." Changmin told Jaejoong as he laughed his way to bed. Jaejoong ignored the cries from outside of the apartment, heading into the bathroom. Yunho shrugged and followed.

-"Get out!!!" Jaejoong screamed, pushing Yunho out of the bathroom; out of the apartment.

-"What about you nice warm bath? Massage?" Yunho asked on the other side of the door.

-"Raincheck." Jaejoong responded. He saw a bunch of games in the corner beside the t.v. Picking one up, he read the name. "Street walking survivor?" Jaejoong shrugged, not bothering to read the subtitle. He placed the game in. A menu popped up with different character choices. The top of the screen read 'roomate edition'. He noticed that three of the characters looked familar. "Happy Thanks giving." Jaejoong smiled to himself as he began playing the game.
