(no subject)
So, an update on the whole Perla situation (or non-situation as the case may be). Since wednesday things had been strange. We went out to eat lunch, I got an akward kiss, but I was still happy. Then things just started going downhill. She didn't want to do anything wednesday night, but then yesterday I talked to her and she said she went out to the local. I asked if she wanted to do anything last night and she said no, she was tired. Then today I asked her if she wanted to go to Happy Hour at La Fonda, she said no, she was going to a party. Finally I decided that I needed to ask her if she didn't want to be doing this. She basically told me that she had voluntarily been seeing me (thank god), but that she hadn't been into the whole dating game for a while and that she just didn't feel ready.
Now I understand her situation, but it really does suck. I didn't get into this expecting to find someone to date, but I ended up finding someone I really liked. We're going to keep talking I guess, and maybe something will come about in the future. Sucks for me.
