Lessons Learned
Today i have learned:
- i am incapable of keeping a steady beat. practiced for an hour. metronomes are not my friends. i refuse to believe that 60 beats is that fast. i fingered and sizzled through it at work, so over all, i practiced two hours today. whew.
- i can't put my opinion into anything. i had an assignment in sociology to give our opinions, and i swerved around it. blargh. maybe because i don't know my opinion.
- no matter how hard i try, i can't hit a high C. it's just out of reach. poo on scales!!!
- i'm addicted to antiques roadshow on PBS.
i'm done with stuff for today. my pinkie is about to die from practicing. i might run through it again before i go to sleep.
tomorrow: work, class, practice with wally, audition, sai picture, tv, sleep.
i'm so glad this week is easy.
and the drama never ends in bop. it would help if they didn't get so stinkin' drunk on the weekend.
