You seem like quite the social person, which definitely applies to Cho, as does your desire to acquiesce to people (I remember Cho feeling really bad for having to turn down Harry for the Yule Ball). Cho never struck me as exceptionally intelligent, but smart enough, which seems to apply to you as well. Despite her problems, I always thought Cho was a good character, and I think she's a good fit for you.

Same as what daksian said. Despite her hosepipe tendency, I think Cho is a good character--she's pretty, smart (though not Hermione-smart), and sociable.
You were so hard to place. Your a bunch of characters smushed together, in my opinion. lol You seem to be a bit like Hermione in that you like to please people and help them out (#10). I agree with formatura that #6 really was quite a Luna thing to say. And your answers until #11 struck me as being like a Weasley, maybe closer to Ron or Ginny (especially the ones about family and your childhood memory). So it's hard to decide who you should be stamped as. *cringes* Decisions. lol
I'm going to say Ron Weasley. You said you love cracking jokes and being silly. So that tied in with your family answer and the fact that Ron leaves off assignments until the last minute makes me think this is closer than anything else. :\ Just not 100%. lol Maybe 60% Ron, 20% Hermione and %20 Luna? *sigh*
