I forgot in that last entry what was the absolute best place ever, a place known in Simpsons lore, Tony and Ann's Pizza. Yes it was amazing, people would travel from around the country to go here, but the owners got old, and the fact that for a few years it was only open 3 days a week kind of killed it and then the new owners. But I tell you, anyone and EVERYONE that has ever been to this place knows how amazing it was, what other fucking pizza place becomes an actual place on the Simpsons.YES is is actually in the simpsons, they had the clippinsg and pictures of it all around the place. But anyways, that place was special, alot of the stuff in the simpsons is based on stuff near Tony and Ann's the most notable is springfield elementary which is really the chelmsford middle school. But anyways. I took Dw to Tony and Ann's a couple of years ago before it closed and at first she didn't get it, the pizzas were small, it was a dive. She didn't seem impressed and was like Eh what kind of toppings do you want, after seeing a few small looking pizza's, unknowing that those were the large pizza's and she wasn't too thrilled, I mean this place didn't look impressive, and the pizza was smallish but then she tried it and was Hooked, and now wished she had more. I really don't know how to express it in words, she was amazed, just like I was the first time I ever had that pizza. It was not really a pizza in the traditonal sense at all, it was small, you couldn't pick up the slices, it had to be eaten with a knife and fork, unless it was chilled in the fridge. It was so different, I don't even know how to explain it, I have tried, tried, and tired again to recreate this pizza, and the best that I can do is using an un levened dough, a can of tomato soup, some italian herbs, and a can of tomato soup, and it kinda sort of maybe tastes like tony an ann's but something isn't right and it sucks me and about a million other people, including Homer Simpson want them back.
