"Stay a while," Bran says, at last. They've co-existed in uncomfortable silence all day, and he almost spits the words out. But the look on his face has softened, turned pleading. "Stay a while, Will. A few more days. A few more weeks."
"Bran -- "
"Don't tell me no, Will."
Will can't keep looking at Bran. "A few more weeks, then. And then I really have to go."
Bran closes his eyes, nods slightly. "Alright."
"I don't want to go," Will says, softly. "I'd like to stay here forever."
"I know," Bran says, and he sounds like he's choking on it.
