When he kissed her, he was never sure what flavor she’d be. Despite the changes in her, Veronica still loved flavored lip gloss. It could be strawberry one day and Dr. Pepper the day after that.
Logan grinned against her mouth as slid a tongue along her lips.
Tootsie Rolls.
“I think I may have found a new favorite candy,” he muttered. She laughed as she pulled him back down to her, shaking her head.
“I wouldn’t be too sure about that,” she said. He raised an eyebrow even as he leaned down for another kiss.
“Oh no?”
She shook her head again. “Nope. I have still have the ones that taste like Skittles.”
Logan laughed as he pulled her closer. He couldn’t get enough of her taste it seemed, not that she minded. In fact, it seemed to comfort her. Kissing Veronica was different, it was always a new experience because it was always a surprise.
She never tasted the same and he always looked forward to the next time he’d get to try her.
