Clothes were scattered all around the room as Logan and Veronica both tried to catch their breath.
“Do you think we should have waited?” Veronica asked, turning her head to glance at Logan.
Logan smirked. “You’re just now asking this? Wouldn’t earlier have been a better time? I don’t know, maybe before the clothes came off?”
Veronica laughed. “Well, I was a bit…distracted when that was happening.” She propped herself up on her elbow and looked down at him. “Any ideas on what distracted me?”
He raised an eyebrow and rolled over so that she was pinned beneath him. “I think I could come up with something.”
“Is that supposed to be a really bad pun?”
Logan rolled his eyes as his hands began to skim down her sides to her hips. “Very funny. You’re a laugh a minute,” he deadpanned. One leg slid up his side to wrap around his waist, causing him to drop his head and groan and Veronica to smirk.
“You certainly seemed to enjoy me last night.”
He lifted his head and returned her smirk with one of his own as he slipped a hand in between their bodies and slid a finger, then two, inside her. She gasped, her head falling back to expose her neck to him as she lifted her hips.
“And I plan to enjoy you now,” he said, pulling his fingers out of her. Veronica frowned at him, giving him a look that promised pain if he stopped now. Laughing, Logan slipped inside her.
There wasn’t anymore talking after that.
