You do not have to follow the order in which the theme sets are presented in the sign-up post. If you've been inspired and your idea will flow better by using one theme before another, please have it.
Remember, you're free to interpret each theme however you wish. Each drabble or ficlet can be self-contained, but all combined must create some sort of over-all story arc.
