The obligatory earthquake post
Yes. I felt it. All 5.4 of it. And frankly? It made me more than a little nervous. Someone pulled me into a doorway because I just stood up from my desk at work and looked around. I'm from Michigan. What do you want me to do?
I was nervous though. And pretty shaken up with it being my first one and all. So my boss agreed to let me work from home for the afternoon to ensure that Charlie was ok, and that my apartment was good. There were a couple cabinet doors open, and I noticed a new small crack in the kitchen wall. But other than that, all is well.
Charlie, however, followed me around for the first 30 minutes. And when I stopped? He buried his nose in between my ankles.
