opening night
The show is open! It's such a contrast to the musical I did this summer where we went from a week of tech to rehearsal the day of opening and another show on Sunday. We had Friday off so the singers could rest their voices, performed last night, and our next show isn't until Tuesday evening (Election day! Yaaaaaaaay!).
In these two days off, I think I might have to finish up Adorable Baby Niece's felt baby book in time for her birthday in a week or so. It was almost done at Christmas last year, but the cover has been extremely challenging for me.
Since I'm not a novelist, aspiring or otherwise, I decided to skip NaNoWriMo in lieu of NaBloPoMo, or National Blog Posting Month. Just post every day for 30 days to participate, though you can click the link to sign up.
