Yes, there is such a thing as too much sushi

Check this out... a guy tries to eat 52 pieces of sushi in 20 minutes. My stomach is churning just thinking about it. That's a LOT of raw fish!

Sushi Challenge!
In other news, I just came back from a long day at work, although it was a lot of fun today. I had a long lunch meeting for the holiday party committee, where we ate at the hotel we're holding the party at (on December 1, which is fast approaching!). Then after work, I went out with a colleague of mine visiting here from Turkey. We ate at TGI Friday's ("I don't want to eat any vegetables," she said, and I knew a place with lots of meat would do the trick), then we went shopping around the Solomon Pond Mall (she was in love with Victoria's Secret, and she bought a cute bag full of perfume/lotion at Bath & Body Works). I took the long way home because she loved seeing all the old colonial houses (even though it was dark and pouring rain). Ends up Sanem (my colleague) is only 27, and in fact just turned 27 earlier this month, so she's really my age :)

And in other news, I think my fishie is sick :*( I cleaned her tank yesterday and everything was OK, then I woke up this morning and found her lying on her tummy at the bottom of the tank - still alive, but not very... floaty... like a normal fish. Right now she's still alive and still stuck on the bottom of the tank. I haven't seen her eat anything today, either - and she's not like my hermit crabs who are stealthily surviving, but I usually see her vacuum up the food and want more. So I am worried. I really shouldn't be, considering that fish is SO OLD (probably 4 years) and has gone through a lot of crap (there were lengthy periods of time I didn't really clean the tank... I know, I'm a bad fish mommy) that it's probably just her time, but that fish has a lot of personality (even today, she visibly perked up when I walked up and talked to her) and I'll be really sad to see her go. That, and she's a ninja fish. :) Anyway, I'll appreciate any "get well soon fishie" vibes.

PS - No update on the car situation... still no word from the bank from financing.
