Disassembling Christmas

...this is what my mom called it when I told her I was taking down all my Christmas stuff today.

it does tend to be spicy. the buffet they didn't really spice up b/c it was for the general populace. You have to look for "mild" type Indian foods. I have an Indian friend who thought that Indian food here was mild while all the rest of us would be downing pitchers of water in 1 gulp trying to "quench" the heat.

Are you doing anything for New Years? We might be going into the city and if you were, too, I'd say let's meet up!

That thought did cross my mind, about the spice... but then again I also figured it is "authentic" Indian food... oh well.

I am going to a party at my friend's boyfriend's house on New Year's Eve. Out in Methuen... nowhere near the city, I'm afraid. But thanks for the offer. :)
