When I started this book I was wondering if it was going to be too much like the Dresden Files. Thankfully, it wasn't. I am a fan of horror.  Not the trite, poorly written horror that you see all too often.  I mean the well written horror that you can find every once in a while.  Like a diamond in the rough and almost as hard to find.

I have to start this by saying this was a group pick by our book club.  Once everyone has chosen a book, we choose a group pick which is usually some type of classic.
