Shower #1
Well, I just got back from my very first bridal shower!! It was so fun. Tracy had it for me for all my friends at work. First off, it was great to see Trace, I really miss her since she has been on mat leave and I am going to have to go and visit her more. She and her mom made all this terrific food, I mean so freakin' good!!
There was only one game and it was fun. Tracy had emailed Matt and asked him a bunch of questions and then everyone had to guess whether or not I would get the questions right. I didn't do too well...11 our of 21 or something right. But I think Matt threw in a couple of curveballs.
I got a ton of cool things, which was nice, and everyone told me to add a few more items to our lists, which we have. A bunch of bake ware items and an ironing board, some towels, gift cards for IKEA and Canadian Tire and a really cool light thingy that has to be seen to be appreciated that one of the girls made for me.
It was so fun and so many people came and it was so nice. Definitely had a great time and cannot wait for the next couple of weeks when we have the Stag and Doe and my other showers.
