Dicipline and punishments
What are the punishments that people can receive on the Enterprise? I know about Court-Martials but I have a hard time believing that you get one if you're ten minutes late for work. Are their privileges that can be denied, can you be given extra work or some sort of official, career-damaging notice made on your file?
